Booking policies

• Deposit & booking

  A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. It is applied directly toward your total balance on the day of the event.

  To book, complete our online booking request. We’ll confirm the details and send deposit instructions (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or PayPal).

• Payment

  Final payment is due on the day of the event, before services conclude.

  We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal or cash.

• Travel & service area

  A $25 travel and processing fee applies to all bookings.

  We serve Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County and surrounding Metro Atlanta areas.

• Timing & pacing

  Face painting averages 3–5 minutes per child. Please book enough time for all your guests; late arrivals can’t be accommodated once scheduled services end, as our team may have another event booked.

  If you’d like to add time during the event, regular service fees apply and payment is due at that time.

• Setup & environment

  For face painting, please provide a safe, clean 10 × 10 ft space, adult supervision of children at all times, and adequate shade for outdoor events. A tent is available for an additional fee if requested in advance.

  We bring all equipment, set up, and clean up after ourselves. For party games and princess parties, we’ll plan the setup with you.

• Safety & liability

  Alby Bello Events uses professional, FDA-compliant, skin-safe products. Please tell us about any known allergies or skin sensitivities before the event.

  Alby Bello Events is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, property damage, or weather-related interruptions.

• Cancellations & rescheduling

  Need to cancel because of weather or another unforeseen circumstance? Call us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date.

  With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. No cash refunds are issued.
